Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance administrative processes for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate files and conduct regular audits.
• Develop ISO 9001 Quality Manuals and ensure compliance.
• Create and update quality-related documents promptly.
• Design processes for operational efficiency.
• Supervise maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure accurate financial records and budget adherence.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and oversee project execution.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and manage student communication effectively.
• Support lecture delivery and ensure accurate examination processes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Class 2 or 1 Mariner with STCW training.
• Proven leadership experience in administration, quality management, and finance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
