Job Description

Location: Cambridge Place, Colombo 7

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the Direct Placements Department.
• Lead a team for outstanding placement outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with institutions and partners.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience in student placements.
• Knowledge of visa regulations and immigration policies.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Proficiency in English; Sinhala and Tamil knowledge is a plus.
