Job Description

Nature of Business:

• A market leader in Scientific Instrumentation and consumable trading

Required skills and qualifications:

• At least 5 years prior experience leading a sales company with a proven track record of at least 1.5-2 Bil Turnover.

• 10 years prior experience in challenging Sales Management roles in trading business with Government organizations, International Aid, NGO, and the Private sector.

• Industry experience in engineering technical fields will be an added advantage.

• High Capacity for Negotiation and consensus building.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce

• MBA or Financial Qualifications preferred.

• 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience.

Overall Scope and Responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for company PnL, business growth, diversification, and operational efficiencies.

• Reporting to the Board and leading a team of 60-75 Staff with a revenue of 2 Bil.

• Develop a learning and performance-oriented culture within the organization.
