Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure best client service is being made available through team communication.
- Work with sales managers on sales strategy implementation.
- Create and implement a sales plan focusing on revenue and market.
- Set an example with professional client interactions.
- Meet or exceed hotel budget goals.
- Maintain travel agent accounts and assist with promotions.
- Focus on attracting new business and set monthly sales goals.
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business.
- Update rates and promotions on various platforms.
- Report any policy breaches to management.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 10-12 years in hospitality, with 5 years in leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge required.
- Strong analytical and business deal negotiation skills.
