Job Description
Requirements:
- Either a B.Sc. In Agriculture or any other Science discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales, with 3 to 5 years at Assistant Manager level, preferably in the Agro Chemical or Fertilizer industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English; must be persuasive, self-motivated, and customer service-oriented.
- Proficiency in Tamil is a plus.
- Experience in supervising and managing a sales force.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
