Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and related reports to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying updated on new products and competition status.
- Manage organizational sales, set sales targets, track goals, and oversee the sales team’s performance.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and provide appropriate training to enhance sales team performance.
- Take marketing actions to promote the organization and products, understanding customer needs, and managing all stakeholders’ relationships.
- Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and monitoring sales representatives’ performance.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the Airlines Sales Industry.
- Knowledge of GDS.
- Good command of English, Sinhala, and Tamil is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, lead, and motivate the sales team.
