Job Description
The Head of Risk Management plays a crucial role in ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance within MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited. Responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across all business operations, as well as developing and recommending risk mitigation strategies. Key requirements include implementing an Enterprise Risk Management strategy, managing both strategic and operational risks, and establishing a structured Risk Framework. Qualifications: Degree in Risk Management/Internal Audit, Certified Internal Auditor, or equivalent. Professional qualifications in Accountancy. 5 years managerial experience and 3 years in internal audit and risk management.
