Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Head of Quality for their 24/7 pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. We are looking for a proactive professional with expertise in regulatory compliance, quality standards, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 25-30 quality professionals in promoting compliance and value-driven practices.
- Ensure full compliance with NMRA, GMP, WHO standards, and contract manufacturing regulations.
- Design and implement quality management systems for product safety, efficacy, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to meet national and international regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with departments to embed quality principles in the manufacturing process.
- Identify opportunities for quality system enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external quality audits.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field; master’s in quality management preferred.
- Leadership experience in quality management, with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of NMRA, GMP, WHO regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team with high compliance standards.
