Job Summary: The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Purchasing to lead procurement operations, focusing on supplier negotiations, cost-effective sourcing, and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing purchasing processes, ensuring efficiency in procurement, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Negotiations: Lead negotiations to secure best rates and credit terms. Identify cost-effective packaging solutions.
- Stock Management: Review and optimize order quantities, reorder levels, and lead times. Ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Purchase Orders & Requisitions: Oversee proper authorization of purchase requisitions and timely fulfillment of procurement needs.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in FMCG. Strong negotiation skills, familiarity with packaging materials, and excellent organizational abilities.
