Job Summary: The company seeks an experienced Head of Purchasing to lead procurement operations, focusing on supplier negotiations, cost-effective sourcing, and packaging solutions. Responsible for optimizing purchasing processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Negotiations:
- Lead negotiations for best rates and credit terms.
- Recommend cost-effective packaging solutions.
- Stock Management:
- Review and optimize MOQ, reorder levels, and lead times.
- Ensure efficient procurement process.
- Purchase Orders & Requisitions:
- Ensure proper authorization for PRs before raising POs.
- Collaborate for timely fulfillment of procurement needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with supply chain processes.
