Job Description
The Head of Primary Section must possess a strong understanding of Primary School Leadership, overseeing classes from grade 10 to 5 in English, Sinhala, and Tamil Mediums.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of over 120 academic staff and 200+ students.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve KPI’s outlined in the Academic year plan.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to students and parents.
- Monitor academic and non-academic performance for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Experienced education professional with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Master’s Degree or Graduate of a recognized University with relevant Education Degrees/Diplomas.
- Proficient in English & Sinhala/Tamil, with good computer literacy.
