• Business Planning: Review, monitor, and implement operation strategies effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Develop practices to drive operational excellence and cost superiority.
• Best Practices: Maintain international standards while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Maintenance Programs: Implement comprehensive maintenance programs.
• Process Improvement: Drive process improvement and new product development initiatives.
• Procurement Support: Assist in procurement process for optimal cost management.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• MBA in management of technology or operations.
• 5-10 years experience in manufacturing, with 3 years in a senior operational role.
