Job Description
Variosystems, an international electronics service provider, is looking for a Head of Operations – EMS for our Sri Lanka facility. The role involves overseeing Production, Industrial Engineering, and Quality Control teams, reporting to the Management Board, mentoring team members, and managing CAPEX. Ideal candidates must have an MBA, MSc in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, a minimum of 10 years’ experience in EMS or a related industry, LEAN Six Sigma expertise, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in SAP ERP & MES systems and knowledge of the latest manufacturing technologies are desirable.
