Job Summary:

The Head of International Operations will manage the company’s operations across multiple countries, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Strategic planning, strong leadership, and global market understanding are key. The role starts in Colombo, Sri Lanka, then relocates to Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of operations management experience, 5 in senior FMCG roles.
• Experience in international operations and supply chains.
• Understanding of global trade regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations in Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.
• Develop global operational strategies aligned with objectives.
• Standardize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Manage supply chain operations and quality control.
• Mentor a team of operational managers and specialists.
