Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations. Your primary goal will be to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and uphold our high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Oversee inventory management processes to minimize stock outs and reduce holding costs.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Collaborate with other department heads to streamline cross-functional processes and achieve synergy.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in a senior operations role within the retail industry.
