Jobfactory is currently seeking a Head of Operations for our client, a reputable company based in Colombo.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years experience in agrochemicals, seeds, or specialty fertilizers with market dynamics understanding.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and market development digitalization.
- Organizational skills and event management experience.
Responsibilities
- Create market demand for strategic products (Agrochemicals/Seeds/Specialty fertilizers).
- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring to enhance field product demand.
- Prepare promotional materials, coordinate with agriculture sectors, oversee institutional sales.
- Digitalize market development activities, organize division events.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
