Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing at Intelligentz Global in Colombo. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations. The role involves developing strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing market analysis, managing sales strategies, and enhancing public relations efforts.

Qualifications:

• Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
• Sales and Public Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the training and development industry is a plus
• 10 years of experience in FMCG sector
• 5 years of overseas experience with proven records
• Salary scale 750k
• Based in India
