Job Description
Client – Leading Electrical / Electronic equipment trading company in Sri Lanka
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules for optimal equipment performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians for quality work.
- Oversee repair and troubleshooting of electronic/electrical systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with departments for seamless maintenance integration.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage maintenance budget and procure cost-effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation on maintenance activities.
Expected Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 12+ years experience in maintenance and repair leadership.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic/electrical systems.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
