Job Description

Position: Head of Internal Audit
Leading FMCG, Food & Beverages Manufacturing Group of Tier 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of all Group company processes and operations
- Evaluate internal controls, identify areas for improvement
- Develop audit plans, ensure compliance with standards, policies
- Prepare detailed audit reports
- Collaborate with departments, drive process improvements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CA or equivalent
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CISA certification preferred
- Proven managerial experience in internal audit, risk management in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills, risk assessment
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations in Sri Lanka
