Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Director Of Insurance at Uconnect. This role requires an experienced professional with expertise in insurance brokerage, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality brokerage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of insurance brokerage operations
- Develop and implement strategies for business expansion and revenue growth
- Build strong client relationships and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Provide leadership and foster excellence within the brokerage team
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and financial performance
- Mentor and develop brokerage staff to enhance their skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance brokerage, with 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and regulations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
