Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Information Technology Services for a leading ICT and Integrated Service Provider in Sri Lanka. The Head of Information Technology Services will be responsible for managing IT operations, overseeing information technology systems, ensuring service delivery, and providing technical support. They will lead the IT team and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of technology.
Qualifications
- Experience at senior management level in IT Operations, Information Technology, and IT Management
- Minimum 07 years leading a team of professionals in the industry
- Strong knowledge of Service Delivery and Technical Support
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Candidates from the South Asian Region will be considered on secondment terms
