Job Description
Are you ready to take the helm and drive success in the lubricant industrial market? LAUGFS Lubricants is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Industrial Sales Division.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for improving and overseeing the Lubricant Industrial market segment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the industrial sales sector.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in industrial sales, preferably in the lubricant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
