Role Description
Full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources at The Factory Outlet in Colombo. Responsible for HR management, ensuring compliance with law, developing HR policies, and managing employee relations.
Qualifications
Expertise in HR management, previous HR managerial experience, knowledge of labor laws, ability to develop HR policies, experience in employee relations, good interpersonal and communication skills, retail industry experience preferred, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
