Job Description
NDB Capital Holdings Limited (NCAP) is seeking a qualified individual to lead the HR function for the NCAP Group. As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for driving HR strategies aligned with business goals for entities such as NDB Investment Bank and NDB Securities.
- Develop and implement HR strategies.
- Lead policy formulation for a motivated workforce.
- Source, recruit, and retain talent.
- Design skill development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal and rewards.
- Liaise with NDB Bank HR for synergy.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Management, HR, or Finance, along with a Professional HR qualification and at least 7 years of HR experience in the service industry, including 3 years in a managerial role.
