Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join a leading FMCG company specializing in personal care products in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR practices and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Requires a visionary leader with strong FMCG sector understanding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field, or Professional Qualification in HR Management (PQHRM/CQHRM).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, 5 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in developing HR strategies, leadership, communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company vision.
- Lead HR team, oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
