Job Description

Personal Profile:

• A Senior HR Professional with a proven track record.
• Experience in HR management in a recognized Manufacturing/Service Sector organization, locally or internationally.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Holds a degree in Human Resources or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil.
• Strong leadership, presentation skills, and computer literacy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR team to provide comprehensive HR services.
• Define corporate HR strategies and align with business plans.
• Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
• Oversee succession planning, HR budgets, employee development, and relations.
• Direct the Payroll Team for smooth salary processing.
