Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources for our Panadura location. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR tasks, managing policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing employee relations strategies to support company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong HR knowledge and management experience
- Understanding of labor laws (Factory Ordinance)
- Expertise in HR policy development
- Proven track record in employee relations management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- HR Management certifications
- Experience with HRIS systems
