Job Description
The Job
- Responsible for developing the strategic plan to drive growth in Home Business based on Senior Management’s direction.
- Create and implement a targeted marketing strategy for home businesses (DTV, HBB) to meet business goals.
- Establish AI/ML automated platforms for upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Analyze market segments to deliver tailored value propositions.
- Innovate GTM strategies and drive digitization projects.
- Collaborate with analytics team to drive data insights.
- Design and automate downstream processes for growth models.
The Person
- Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or IT/Engineering.
- MBA/MSc and international professional body membership are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Telecom/IT sector and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with analytical tools like Tableau/SQL.
- At least 10 years of experience in telecom business management and analytics.
