Job Description

Location – Biyagama EPZ

Deputy Manager Level

Job Duties

• Review and update Health, Safety, and Environment Policies
• Develop and implement risk assessment strategies
• Provide training on HS&E policies and procedures
• Conduct workplace safety audits and analyze trends
• Investigate accidents, provide recommendations, and implement preventive actions
• Integrate environmental management into company policies and operations
• Represent the company in health, safety, and environment bodies
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team

Requirements

• Degree in environmental management with Diploma from NIOSH or NIBOSH
• Experience in conducting Audits and risk assessments
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing
• Strong team player
