Client: A prime location in Colombo offering luxurious apartments, shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models for forecasting and planning.
- Prepare financial reports like income statements and balance sheets.
- Analyze financial data to optimize performance.
- Monitor cash flow for financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Lead budgeting processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best financial practices.
Expected Profile:
- Masters in Finance/Accountancy from a recognized university.
- Membership from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
- Minimum 12 years of experience with 4 years in managerial roles.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
