Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute financial strategies supporting sales and marketing objectives.
- Oversee budgeting processes and resource allocation for campaigns.
- Conduct financial analysis to improve ROI and cost efficiency.
- Monitor revenue streams, analyze metrics, and optimize sales revenue.
- Implement cost control measures and review expenditures.
- Develop financial forecasts, track performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Professional certification – CA / CIMA
- Extensive financial management experience in sales and marketing
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
