Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Head of Finance in Kandy. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field or a qualified member of ICA/CIMA/ACCA
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead and develop teams
- Proven experience in financial modeling, analysis, and auditing principles
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts including profit and loss statements
- Optimize working capital position through strict control on receivables and creditors
- Oversee invoicing, payments, and receipts in line with company policies
- Manage internal and external audits, and prepare annual budgets
