Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support business growth in the automotive industry.
- Lead financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Oversee cash flow planning and manage relationships with financial stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification (CA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA) highly desirable.
- 5+ years progressive finance experience in automotive industry, 3 years in senior leadership.
- Strong financial management skills and knowledge of automotive finance.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
