Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Finance at Company in Colombo. The Head of Finance will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, including financial statements, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements
- Demonstrated experience in finance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of best practices in financial management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant finance certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA Sri Lanka) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Auditing experience at a reputed audit firm
- 10+ years post qualifying work experience
