Overview:
We are looking for a highly qualified Head of Finance to join our client, a leading Bluechip company in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This role offers a great opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to lead financial operations and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management and reporting.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial risk and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide strategic financial insights.
- Manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions.
- Consolidate financial statements.
- Lead and mentor a finance team.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 10 years’ finance experience, with 5 years in a senior role.
- Experience in financial consolidation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
