Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Lead design of innovative solutions meeting safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Mentor engineering team for high performance.
- Implement process improvements and industry best practices.
- Oversee budget and resource optimization for the department.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders towards project goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer preferred.
- 10-12 years of engineering experience, with 5 in leadership.
- Strong project management and safety standards knowledge.
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and project management tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
