Job Description
Key Duties:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to support long-term operational goals.
- Improve plant performance through equipment maintenance, upgrading production lines, and optimizing resources.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and operations to deliver innovative solutions and improve product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 7+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Extensive experience in leading engineering projects, particularly around process improvements and automation.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
