Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically lead engineering initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for market expansion.
- Oversee engineering projects for timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality.
- Direct cylinder requalification operations prioritizing safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage engineering and operations budgets effectively.
- Drive innovation by developing advanced engineering solutions.
- Mentor and build a high-performing team promoting a culture of excellence.
- Promote sustainable practices in line with environmental goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent (preferred).
- 10-12 years in engineering with 5 years in a senior management role.
- Membership in engineering bodies (e.g., IESL, PE) is advantageous.
- Expertise in project management, safety standards, and business development.
- Proven skills in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and engineering tools (AutoCAD, SAP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
