Job Description

Responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the company PnL driving sales and operations.
• Focus on business growth, diversification, and risk mitigation.
• Implement operational efficiencies to improve the bottom line.
• Develop and lead a team of 60-75 staff with revenue of 2 Bil.
• Ensure compliance, liaise with finance division and manage budgets.
• Provide leadership in Sales, After Sales, and Supply Chain operations.
• Develop a learning and performance-oriented culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading a sales company with 1.5-2 Bil turnover.
• 10+ years of experience in challenging Sales Management roles.
• Experience in engineering technical fields is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or financial qualifications preferred.
• 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience; 10 years in the industry.
