Job Description
A market leader in Scientific Instrumentation and consumable trading
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the company PnL driving the sales and operations.
- Special focus on Business growth and diversification into related fields while mitigating business risk.
- Bring operational efficiencies to improve the bottom line.
- Develop and lead a team of 60 to 75: Sales, After Sales, and Operations staff.
- Liaise with Group Finance division and work within Board agreed Budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Commerce.
- MBA or Financial Qualifications preferred.
- 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience.
- At least 5 years leading a sales company with a 1.5-2 Bil turnover.
- 10 years experience in challenging Sales Management roles with exposure to tender and procurement processes.
