Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Head of Development for Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mauritius, and Seychelles at Meliá Hotels International. The ideal candidate will lead and manage development projects in these countries, ensuring growth and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include overseeing project planning, implementation, budgeting, and stakeholder management. The candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to drive success in this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in development projects
- Proven track record in project management and team leadership
- Excellent knowledge of the socio-political landscape in the respective countries
