Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring the team in all commercial aspects including client management.
- Directly managing high-value core clients and creating plans to reach their goals.
- Lead generation activities and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Responding to RFP documents and hosting client onboarding meetings.
- Supporting strategic marketing initiatives for brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years experience as a Client Relations Manager.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and IT literacy.
