Job Description
We are Hiring for the position of Compliance Officer based in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify risks
- Develop and implement compliance programs
- Provide training on compliance matters
- Coordinate with internal teams to address compliance issues
Requirements:
- Graduate with 8+ years of compliance experience
- Professional compliance, legal, or company secretarial qualifications preferred
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of global sanctions beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
