Designation: Head of Category Management – Supply Chain
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with supply chain objectives
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Define sourcing strategies and lead contract negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of category managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on strategies
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Monitor and manage category budgets
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management or strategic sourcing
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
