Job Description
Designation: Head of Business Intelligence (MIS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the BI department, aligning its efforts with overall business objectives.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the quality, security, and privacy of data assets.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage BI tools and technologies to support data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of BI initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of BI processes and systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data management, analysis, and reporting to safeguard the integrity of business intelligence outputs.
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 years’ experience in the banking or finance field, with over 8 years in senior management in the same capacity in a reputed bank or financial institution.
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields, together with a professional qualification from a recognized academic or professional institution.
