Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the BI department, aligning efforts with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies for quality, security, and privacy.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage BI tools to support data analysis and reporting.
- Oversee KPI development and monitoring to track BI initiatives’ effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement for BI processes and systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data management, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in Banking/Finance, with 8+ years in Senior Management.
- Masters in IT/Business Administration/Statistics or Bachelor’s with a recognized professional qualification.
