Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures for data quality, security, and privacy
- Guide BI department with strategic insights aligned with business goals
- Assess, deploy, and manage BI tools for data analysis and reporting
- Supervise creation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead initiatives to enhance BI processes efficiency
- Identify and address risks in data management to protect business intelligence integrity
Requirements:
- Masters degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, or Bachelors degree with professional qualification
- Minimum 10 years in Banking or Finance, 5 years in senior management role
- Expertise in BI tools, data warehousing, and analytics platforms
- Experience leading and managing teams with strong decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
