Job Description
Natural Wonders is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head for our Food Division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in establishing and managing a nationwide distribution network for internationally reputed food and snacking brands. This role demands exceptional omni-channel trade relations across Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive distribution network across Sri Lanka for international food and snacking brands.
- Foster and enhance trade relationships across various channels, including MT, GT, and HORECA.
- Ensure strict adherence to Sri Lankan food regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the sales and distribution team to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in setting up and managing island-wide distribution networks.
- Strong experience in omni-channel trade relations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle food division sales and distribution independently.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan food regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
