Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives for service excellence and address feedback and complaints.
- Implement measures to maintain service standards.
- Collaborate on developing and implementing innovations in cargo operations.
- Lead and develop cargo operations staff, set performance goals, and conduct training.
- Track KPIs for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, freight forwarders, and industry associations.
- Ensure operations adhere to relevant regulations and manage risks.
- Foster a culture of ongoing operational and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Master of Business Administration
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and team handling skills
- Cargo industry exposure is a plus
