RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategic business plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Create new business opportunities in admixture and cement markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Mentor sales team for optimal performance.
- Conduct market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare detailed business development reports and oversee contract negotiations.
